Account manager
  • Set-up of new projects: review MSA, NDA, employment agreements, and other HR documents; employment procedure finalization;
  • Manage assigned projects: monthly payroll run (checking salary, bonuses, additional benefits, expenses et.), preparation of payroll breakdowns and invoices;
  • Provide immigration support if applicable (work permit, residence permit, visas);
  • Communication with clients, partners, vendors, and employees;
  • Accounts payable/accounts receivable management;

Affiliation manager
  • Build strong constructive and enduring working relationships with International Clients and Partners in liaison with the Global Operations Manager and Network manager
  • Develop a strategy of bringing to potential partners the concept of affiliation partnership and its key value-adds through defining ideal buyer personas and bringing to them the unique benefits of the program to reinforce their interest
  • Make sure accumulation and consolidation of the content – figures and country info is received with clear timelines
  • Manage Affiliation agreements and addendums with affiliates
  • Work closely with product marketing managers, compliance and payroll specialist when checking and accepting content from affiliates
Digital Transformations manager position
  • Develop the technical and technological strategy of the company and develop overall tech infrastructure to meet the changing company goals to bring to the market and sell 3 new products including 2 SaaS products in addition to a global PEO service that we have been selling successfully during the last 10 years.
    Now one of the goals is to help product managers launch new products and “pack” them into bundles that would add value to the client, and bring us additional revenue as a result
  • Based on the above, change our current CRM (developed by the Ukrainian developers) to the well-known, reputable CRM or ERP system; transfer existing business processes without harming the existing procedures in Operations and Finance, and optimizing current and adding new business processes
Global Business Development and Sales Director
  • Develop and market various products and services including a global PEO service and new SaaS products
  • Communicate with current clients, both end clients and partners and create and sustain long-term relationship with them
  • Reach out to new clients that the company hasn’t worked with in the past
  • Develop and effectively manage the annual Sales Department budget
  • Formulate the annual sales plan including specific objectives for each product line.
  • Maintain the departmental structure and hire appropriate staff.

  • In conjunction with sales management, establish the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve annual sales objectives.
